Catering Menus and Prices
We cater any event! Please call us at (505) 412-2559 to develop your event menu. We can customize the menu to meet your tastes and your budget. If there is something you want that you do not see here just ask! We are always willing to accomodate special dietary needs. Here are some examples of typical event menus (Prices are for these exact menus and do not include delivery/setup fee and tax):

Terms and additional options for all events:

20% Delivery and set-up fee

$20 per server per hour (generally one server per 25 guests is required)

Plastic Ware fees: $1.50 per person for plastic plates, plastic cups, paper napkins

China Ware rental fees: White china dinner plate $1/p, Salad or dessert plate $1/p, silverware $1.50/p, water/tea glass $1/p, coffee mug $1/p, white cloth napkin $1/p. All of the above chinaware can be rented for $6 per person.

Water and Iced Tea are provided for all menus. Coffee (includes regular and decaf) is $1.50 per person. Red Punch is $1.00 per person.

 

 

Fingerfoods starting at $14 per person
Terms:
$14 per person for a choice of three fingerfoods and one finger dessert, iced tea and water included

20% Delivery and set-up fee
$20 per server per hour

Additional Options:
$6 per person for chinaware, silverware, cloth napkins, glasses, coffee cup if needed
$1.50 per person for plasticware, napkins, cups

$3.50 per person for each additional fingerfood or dessert choice
$1.50 per person for coffee (regular and decaf included) $1 per person for punch

Fresh baked green chili cheese brioche with roasted red peppers, brie, and roasted garlic -this appetizer is presented on a large platter and offers a unique tactile experience -each guest takes a slice of bread and squeezes a warm clove of soft roasted garlic onto it, then a slice of Brie, then the roasted red pepper. Its lots of fun!
